1. Information we collect / 我们收集的信息
To process orders and deliver licenses, we may collect a machine code, order number, payment status, selected plan, email address and necessary support correspondence. We do not intentionally collect unrelated sensitive information.
为完成订单和授权交付，我们可能收集机器码、订单号、支付状态、购买套餐、邮箱地址及必要的客服沟通记录。我们不会主动收集与本服务无关的敏感信息。
2. How information is used / 信息用途
Information is used for order verification, license binding and renewal, customer support, fraud prevention, troubleshooting and legal compliance. Payment credentials are handled by the relevant payment provider; we do not store complete bank-card passwords.
信息用于订单核验、授权绑定与续期、客服支持、风险控制、故障排查和履行法律义务。支付凭据由相应支付机构处理，我们不会保存完整的银行卡密码。
3. Files and images / 文件与图片
Files uploaded for an optional processing feature are used only to perform the requested operation. We do not sell user files or share them with unrelated parties, and temporary files are deleted according to operational and security requirements.
用户主动上传用于处理的文件仅用于完成对应操作。我们不会出售用户文件或与无关第三方共享，并会根据业务和安全要求删除临时文件。
4. Protection and retention / 信息保护与保留
We use access controls, encrypted transmission and data minimization to protect information. Order and authorization records may be retained for legal, payment-dispute and support purposes, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
我们通过访问控制、加密传输和数据最小化措施保护信息。订单及授权记录可能因法律、支付争议和售后需要保留，达到必要期限后删除或匿名化。
5. Service providers / 第三方服务
Payment, email and cloud infrastructure providers may process the minimum information needed to provide their services under their own policies.
支付、邮件和云基础设施服务商可能按照其各自政策处理提供服务所需的最少信息。
6. Your rights / 用户权利
You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of applicable personal information. We may request order details to prevent unauthorized requests.
用户可以联系客服申请查询、更正或删除适用范围内的个人信息。为防止冒用，我们可能要求提供订单资料进行核验。
