MAX.RE provides software license access for PDF conversion and related desktop features. The available plan, term and included features are shown on the purchase page before payment.
MAX.RE 提供 PDF 转换及相关桌面功能的软件授权服务。可购买的套餐、授权期限和功能范围以支付前购买页面及结算页显示为准。
2. Eligibility and submitted information / 使用资格与提交资料
You must provide accurate machine-code, email and order information and must have the right to submit it. You are responsible for checking the information before completing an order.
用户应提供准确的机器码、邮箱和订单资料，并确保拥有提交这些资料的合法权利。下单前请认真核对，因用户输入错误造成的后果由用户承担。
3. Pricing, payment and authorization / 价格、付款与授权
The final price and supported payment channel are displayed at checkout. Authorization is activated after the payment is detected and confirmed. The license term starts according to the activation rule of the purchased plan.
最终价格和支持的支付通道以结算页为准。系统确认支付成功后开通授权，授权期限按照所购买套餐的激活规则开始计算。
4. Digital delivery / 数字化交付
License credentials are digital products delivered through the page, email or client authorization flow. Network or payment-review delays may affect delivery time; please contact support with the order number when this occurs.
卡密、授权凭据和客户端授权均属于数字化商品，可通过页面、邮箱或客户端授权流程交付。若因网络或支付审核造成延迟，请提供订单号联系客服核查。
5. Acceptable use / 可接受使用
You may use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not resell, share, crack, reverse engineer, bypass license controls, attack the service or use it to infringe another party's rights.
本服务仅限合法用途。不得转售、共享、破解、反向工程、绕过授权限制、攻击或干扰服务，也不得用于侵犯他人合法权益。
6. Disclaimer and limitation / 免责声明与责任限制
To the extent permitted by law, MAX.RE is not responsible for losses caused by unlawful use, inaccurate information, user devices, third-party payment networks or events beyond reasonable control. This does not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
在法律允许的范围内，MAX.RE 不对违法使用、资料错误、用户设备、第三方支付网络或合理控制范围之外的事件造成的损失负责。本条不排除法律明确不得排除的消费者权利。
